All commissions will be organised and discussed through Discord or Instagram, however I can make exceptions if these options are unsuitable.My prices are in AUD!! By supporting me,

Process

Before I accept your commission I need the following details clarified, these things can be clarified by messaging me or through the checkout on Ko-fi ^^.✦ Either a descriptive and/or visual on what you'd like me to draw (placement of characters, colours, vibes, poses etc).
✦ If the artwork will be for commercial or personal use.
✦ Your preference place of delivery for the high resolution files, such as email, google drive link etc.
✦ Your preference of contact i.e discord, instagram, toyhouse etc.Any other requirements are detailed in the individual commission descriptions themselves.Once the commission details are clear, payment is required for me to proceed. Payments are made through Ko-fi unless an invoice is specifically requested. I will accept payment plans if a commission totals $200+.From there it's pretty casual! I will work within my best capabilities and keep you updated with the process and any important notices.

As I am still a student and prioritise my health and wellbeing over work, commissions can take up to a few months to complete. Despite this I will never disappear. Any major delays in the process will be communicated, in turn you may ask for updates whenever you wish, within reason.To commission me, use the Ko-fi link below for an easy checkout process. Extended t.o.s

It is mandatory to read the entirety of my t.o.s as it gives a clear idea on what to expect when commissioning me.✦ Payment upfront using Pay Pal or Stripe through Ko-fi. Failure to pay within 72 hours of agreeing to commission will result in the cancellation of your commission.✦ Repeated failure to meet payment requirements will land you on my blacklist.✦ Full refunds are available within 7 days of ordering. I am able to provide partial refunds up until 60% completion. If a cancellation is requested beyond that, refunds won't be accepted.✦ Any significant additions or changes to your commission at any stage will most likely result in an extra charge. In these cases I will let you know the additional charge and work with you. I will never make any changes myself without permission of the commissioner.✦ I will accept payment plans for anything over $200 AUD. Payment plans are flexible and dependent on the situation, however I will not take payment plans that extend beyond 2 weeks.✦ A tip is a donation, a much thanked one! However it will not sway the outcome of your commission.✦ Artistic liberties will be discussed as needed. It will be taken in cases where reference imagery is hard to discern, I will always discuss with you prior to commencement if this is alright. In artistic liberty pieces I will always do my best to capture the original essence of the character.✦ Be aware it can take me up to a few months to finish a commission. I prioritise my health and wellbeing over work, and while I am still studying at university I may take longer than expected. Despite this, I will never disappear from you. If something disrupts the process of your commission then I will contact you. Communication is vital and very important to me, so in turn you are allowed to ask for updates within reason.✦ I need at least one visual or descriptive reference to draw from, I will not draw something without a reference. References can range from images to mood boards to song lists. Depending, I may need to clarify with separate sketches and/or questions in order to gain a proper understanding of your request. Any additional sketches of this nature will not cost extra.✦ I do not condone, nor allow the use of my work to be minted as an NTF nor in any current or future crypto currency platforms. Doing so while this point still stands will have you blacklisted and filing a DMCA. I allow commercial use of my work but never NFTs.✦ I do not condone the use of my artwork to be used to train AI, I am not a supporter of generative AI and the process as it stands currently. Using my art for AI training will result in blacklisting and taking measures to protect my art.✦ I am allowed to use your commission however I like, including but not limited to use for public posting, promotional uses, portfolios and artbooks.✦ Claiming to own my artwork or not crediting will result in blacklisting. Crediting using my username is welcome and preferred.✦ I am very casual when it comes to talking with clients but any breaches of this T.o.S will result in an attitude change and my tolerance lowered. Repeated offences will leave you blacklisted.Commercial Use
There are two types of commercial commission agreements I accept.✿ Type A: Art supporting the main product
- Banners, promotional posters including my art, profile pictures, splash art, etc. Ask if unsure.
Additional one time fees ranging from 50% - 100% of the original quote.
I will require proper crediting in with usage of this type.✿ Type B: Art is the main product
- Prints, Charms, Stickers, miscellaneous merchandise etc.
- Additional one time fees ranging from 100% - 200% of the original quote.
I require proper crediting and potentially a cut of sales of at least 5%, further discussion is required for details.✦ Personal commissions are not for commercial use whatsoever. Unauthorized commercial use will result in filing a DMCA and placing you on my blacklist. If a personal commission results in becoming a commercial commission midway through the commission process, further discussion and additional charges are required.✦ By commissioning me, you agree to all of the above.
